Are you using, or can you restore the original default .htaccess file that comes with the Joomla download package? It's called htaccess.txt. Upload that and rename it to .htaccess (make the existing file something like htaccess.bak). I think that's a step in the resource above I had already provided.
Another idea.....create a brand new site - install a fresh Joomla 4.4.3, plain vanilla, no extensions. Does that work without errors - and loads all styling correctly? You should be able to install a second site, in a subfolder on your hosting. Create a new database for it.
Finally (whether related to the issue at hand or not, it seems Event Booking (your version 4.8.0, available version, 4.9.0 on JED) could do with an update. All other 3P extensions seem current.
